Chris has helped many people from all walks of life to regain their health and wellbeing naturally.
He started practising Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 2006 and immediately immersed himself in pregnancy, preconception care and women's health while providing services in other areas of health such as sports therapy, injuries, aches & pains and stress management.
Fast forward two years later, he founded Eastern Vitality in 2008 with the mission to provide accessible natural harmony care for everyone. Chris works with the philosophy of "Let the body heal itself. I am only there to guide it along the way."
Over the years, he has partnered with Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) at Eastern Health Box Hill and Mercy Hospital Heidelberg to spread awareness and education on how alternative natural therapy can help with pregnancy and preconception wellbeing. He is also on the professional support panel for Belly Belly - The Thinking Woman's Website For Pregnancy, Birth & Parenting - with millions of audiences around the world.
Chris also supported the Melbourne Rebels Super Rugby team and the Melbourne Storm Rugby League team. During his time there, Chris had amassed a wealth of experience in treating professional athletes with injury recovery, post-game recovery, post-surgery recovery and conditioning to get them back on the field as soon as possible.
His passion for TCM doesn't stop here; Chris is a senior clinical associate and lecturer at the Endeavour College of Natural Medicine, transferring his years of TCM knowledge and experience to the next generation.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and a Master of Applied Science in Chinese Herbal Medicine. He is registered with AHPRA and is a member of AACMA.
In his free time, Chris is an avid rock climber, a green thumb plant lover, and a food and whisky connoisseur.
